ORANGE DREAMSICLE ICE CREAM MARTINI

INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

1,1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
1,1/2 oz, Vanilla vodka
2 sm. scoops orange sherbet
1 sm scoop vanilla deluxe ice cream
Blend until smooth, pour in chilled martini glass, garnish with candid orange peel. Yuuhuhuhummmmm!

Candied Orange Peel
Peel aprox 16 oranges and cut into 1/4" strips
Soak  peels in refrigerated bucket of water for 10 days, changing water every 2-3 days.
Drain and boil, submerged in large pan filled with water and 4-6 cups sugar for 4 hours.
Pour off syrup and roll peels in sugar.
Spread on dehydrator trays, run aprox. 2 hours or until dry but still flexible. Don't over-dry. If you don't have a dehydrator you can spread sugared peels out on brown paper and keep in a cardboard box for about a week.
